Bite Splint Care

Wear every night
Daytime use suggested during:
a. Any activity where you clench your teeth
b. Suggested for weight training, expressway driving, etc.
Rinse and scrub after every use. Denture cleaning tablets may be used to help keep clean
Store wet:
a. Submerged in container of clean water (at home)
b. In clean wet napkin/paper towel, inside of small container (for travel)
Bring to all dental appointments for cleaning and adjusting. Refitting may be necessary if you have dental restorations placed.
