Our Staff
Gina, our Office Manager, has been an employee at our office since 1989. She is a certified dental assistant. She was graduated from the Oakland Community College dental assisting program. She helps us keep compliant with state and federal regulations, controls office inventory, and helps to keep everyone on schedule. Her emphasis at our office is coordinating our patient’s need for care into a convenient time slot in everyone’s busy schedule. She also handles all of your financial and insurance needs. Gina is married and has three children, [a son and two daughters]. She leads a busy life taking care of her family and our patients. In her free time she enjoys camping with family and friends. She also enjoys attending her son’s hockey games. She now has a special bond with her oldest daughter, who works at a dental office in Florida. They can share their experiences during Gina’s frequent trips to sunny Florida.
Heather is a registered dental hygienist. She is a graduate of Lansing Community College with an associate’s degree in applied science. She also attended Michigan State University for two years. She has been employed by our office since her graduation in 1999. She chose a career in dental hygiene because she enjoys helping our patients to improve their oral health. She is committed to learning more about dentistry and dental hygiene to help educate her patients. She is an active member of the Russell Bunting periodontal Study Club. Heather really enjoys our new state of the art office, as it is so much more comfortable and accommodating for her patients. Heather is known for her ability to complete her work while making her patients feel comfortable and relaxed. She makes her home in Fenton, Michigan with her husband, Jason, her cats, and their most important new addition… daughter Mackenzie! She will celebrate her ten year anniversary with our office this year!
Jamie has been a dental hygienist for over 9 years. She received her bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene in 2000, from the University of Michigan. She has been married to her husband, John, for 14 years. They have two growing boys; Hunter is 9 years old and Logan is 6 years old! In her precious moments of spare time, she enjoys her family, volunteering at her church, and watching Michigan football! Go Blue! The most enjoyable part of working here is the camaraderie shared with the rest of the staff and the doctor.
Megan has returned to our office! Megan is Dr. Blogin’s full time assistant. Her priority is to educate our patients about dental procedures, and, to ensure their comfort during their dental visits. Megan is married and is blessed with a sixteen year old son. Most weekends in the winter you will find her volunteering with the National Ski Patrol at Schuss Mt in Bellaire. The rest of her time is spent being the busy mother of a lacrosse goalie, which means lots of games and a trip or two a year to the ER. Megan missed all of our patients while she was away and is anxious to catch up with all of them.
